2010 Goal: Increasing Attendance to Our Monthly Meetings

This year, the Chapter leadership is focusing its efforts on increasing attendance to our meetings. Besides encouraging more people to hear and participate in our exciting and informative talks, greater attendance allows the Chapter to continue offering our monthly talks without charging more for entry or offering fewer services.

The New Year has just begun, but we have already started working on some great ways to get members more involved with our meetings, including:

• Analyzing results and implementing suggestions from a recent satisfaction survey
• Debuting a new system for sending monthly meeting reminders
• Providing a brochure on our Website and at meetings with a meeting coupon and 2010 meeting dates

And we are just getting started. So look for future updates in this newsletter about how the Chapter leadership is enhancing the monthly meeting experience.
