The Membership Manager's Job

The Membership Manager is a behind-the-scenes operation that assures that chapter membership data is complete and accurate.

The tasks are relatively simple:

Download current chapter membership data
Download monthly activities for new members, transferred-in members, and members that transferred to another chapter
Provide monthly activity data for the chapter newsletter
Update listserv member emails to match monthly activities
Welcome new and transferred-in members.

When chapter members request information, we are pleased to provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
